Wildlife visits... Echidnas on the loose.

We were driving down our driveway when we saw an Echidna hard at work getting a feed from one of the many ant nests. Apparently it was so fixated on dinner that it didn't hear the car.


These shy little creatures are not seen very often.
The Boys were fascinated and wanted to watch it up close in its natural habitat.
Of course Boy 6 just had to see what it felt like!
What an experience!
